Athletics
All Athletes:
- All athletes MUST have Pre-participation Physical Evaluation - Valid for 2 Years
- All athletes MUST have Annual Athletic Form
- A Participation Fee card must be purchased before the first game in the Carver main office or at MySchoolBucks for $50.00 (free or reduced lunch students can make arrangements in the office). The Participation Fee will cover all sports your student might participate in for the entire school year and it will also be a student pass for Springfield R-12 athletic events.
