Boys Basketball Schedule
All Athletes:
- All athletes MUST have proof of current insurance coverage (company name and policy number) to participate.
- All athletes MUST have a current sports physical to participate. Springfield R-12 requires a specific form for athletics that can be downloaded from the district web site or you can get a physical form in the Carver main office.
- A Participation Fee card must be purchased before the first game in the Carver main office for $50.00 (free or reduced lunch students can make arrangements in the office). The Participation Fee will cover all sports your student might participate in for the entire school year and it will also be a student pass for all Springfield R-12 athletic events
